Air-condition & Auxiliary Air-Conditioner systems (4 times per year)

Scope of Services

1. Check fan coil unit operating condition
2. Check thermostat / control panel settings
3. Check motorised valve working conditions
4. Replacement of air filter
5. Service condensate water pump
6. Vacuum drainage pipe
7. Check exhaust air fan working conditions
8. Check high temperature sensor
9. Clear secondary drain tray

 

**Any overhaul necessary will be advised to client and will be quoted separately**

 

Plumbing & Waste (4 times per year)

Scope of Services

1. Check and test function ability of solenoid valve
2. Check and test leak detector operation control system
3. General visual inspection for all pipe joints and connections
4. Labour and tools to tighten and secure any loosen parts

 

**Replacement of wear and tear parts to be quoted separately**
